-I do not see the design I want on the site. Can I still order it?
We are constantly updating our merchandise. If you do not see a particular design, it has been discontinued.
-I am interested in submitting a bulk order. Does Rebdolls offer wholesale options?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer wholesale accounts.
-I would like to split my order. Is that possible?
No. Rebdolls does not split shipping on orders. If you need your merchandise to go to multiple locations, you will have to create a separate order.
-The item I would like to purchase shows available as “backorder”?
In order to ensure that our customers are able to get their hands on some of our most popular styles we have enabled the backorder feature! Backordered items ship within 7-10 business days of order date. Therefore, if an item sells out you still have the ability to purchase it.
-The item I want to buy is marked "presale". What does that mean?
We sometimes make items available for purchase before they are physically available to ship. This may be due to production times or receipt of the items to our warehouse. The information on how long the item will take to be available will be in "red" text on the item's page. Please take into account that all of your items will ship when pre-sale item becomes available. Any expedited shipping upgrades at checkout will be applied after item is available for shipping.
-When will my order ship?

-I spent over $49.00, how do I receive “Free Shipping”?
Free shipping is only offered on product orders over $49.00. On the checkout page, you must select “Free Super Savings Shipping″ in order to receive the discount. This option will only be extended to orders that have spent $49.00 or more.
-I ordered an item on backorder, when will it ship?
We ask that you allow 7-10 days for shipping on backordered items, unless otherwise noted. On the product page, there will always be an “on or before” date, which will give you the exact time range in which the item will ship.
-Do you restock items that are sold out?
As we like to keep our styles trendy and exciting, we do not restock many of our items. All restocked items will be announced in the Rebdolls newsletter and on our social media accounts. If the item is still available in limited sizes, you can sign up to be emailed when the desired size is in stock by clicking the link on the item's page.
-How do I stay up to date on new arrivals, re-releases, and restocked merchandise?
All product announcements and updates will be in the Rebdolls newsletter and on our social media accounts.
-How do I know what size to choose?
Our apparel runs true to size, unless noted on the product page. You can also view our size chart here.
-How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.
– Rebdolls does not offer exchanges only returns.
– How do I return an order for a refund ?
If, for whatever reason, you need to return an item, you have 28 days from the shipments arrival date. Please see our Returns Page for our full refund policy.

-How can I be issued a refund?
Please allow 7-8 business days for Rebdolls to issue a refund to your original form of payment for any returns. Please note that it may take ad additional 2-4 business days for refund to show on your account- depending on your banks processing times.
We work hard to assure that all of our items are perfect for our customers. If by any chance you have received an item with any sort of damage or misprint, please contact us immediately using contact form located here. After 21 days, Rebdolls no longer assumes the responsibility of any damages on merchandise. If you choose to return the item for a refund, please notify us as soon as possible before sending the item back to ensure you will get a refund.
