Initiate your return 30 days from the shipment's arrival date.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance/Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items must have their original tags.

Items can not show signs of wear (makeup, tanner, deodorant, stains, etc)

Store Credits:
Choose our store credit option via our returns portal, and we will waive the $9.99 return shipping fee.
Store credit will be issued within 14 business day of receiving your items.

Refunds:
Select the refund option via our returns portal. We’ll deduct $9.99 for the return shipping label.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving your items.

Exchanges:
Select an item that you would like to exchange via our return portal. If this item is available for exchange you will be given the option to exchange for another size.
All shipping fees will be waived for all exchanges. A new order will be issued once your package is scanned by the carrier.

Instant Exchanges: 
Select an item that you would like to exchange via our return portal. If this item is available for exchange you will be given the option to exchange for another size. Once selected, we place a temporary hold on your card for the amount being exchanged.We will ship your instant exchange immediately after this exchange request is placed.
With instant exchanges you do not have to wait for us to receive your exchange order for us to ship the new exchange out. All shipping fees will be waived for all exchanges. 

*With Instant Exchanges, if item being exchanged is not received to us within 30 days of the exchange date, the hold on your card will appear as a charge on your account*

Refunds:
Select refund option via our returns portal, return labels are not available for international parcels.
Please mail back your returns. A refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving your items. 

Exchanges and store credits are not available for international customers.
