Initiate your return 30 days from the shipment's arrival date.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance/Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items must have their original tags.

Items can not show signs of wear (makeup, tanner, deodorant, stains, etc)

Return Fee: We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping within 30 days for the eligible items in your order by paying a fee of $2.99 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose to waive this fee at checkout a handling fee of $11.00 will need to be paid at the time of placing your return. 

Store Credits: Choose our store credit option via our returns portal.
Store credit will be issued within 14 business day of receiving your items.

Refunds:
Select the refund option via our returns portal. 
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving your items.

Exchanges:
Select an item that you would like to exchange via our return portal. If this item is available for exchange you will be given the option to exchange for another size.
All shipping fees will be waived for all exchanges if and only a return fee of $2.99 was paid at checkout. If waived customer must pay a shipping fee to return items.. A new order will be issued once your package is scanned by the carrier.

Instant Exchanges: 
Select an item that you would like to exchange via our return portal. If this item is available for exchange you will be given the option to exchange for another size. Once selected, we place a temporary hold on your card for the amount being exchanged.We will ship your instant exchange immediately after this exchange request is placed.
With instant exchanges you do not have to wait for us to receive your exchange order for us to ship the new exchange out. All shipping fees will be waived for all exchanges.

*With Instant Exchanges, if item being exchanged is not received to us within 30 days of the exchange date, the hold on your card will appear as a charge on your account*

Refunds:

Please mail back your returns. A refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving your items.
