Figure out your size with these guidelines and a tape measure. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a ruler. Just make sure the tape is slightly loose and parallel to the floor. Here's where to place your measuring tape:

Bust: around the fullest part of your breasts.

Hip: around the widest part of your hips and butt. Usually the base of a zipper on a fitted pair of pants or jeans. 

Waist: around the most narrow part of your midsection. Usually halfway between your belly button and the bottom of your ribcage. 

You can also try comparing our measurements with clothes you already own. Place your garment on a flat surface and measure with a tape or ruler. If the measurements are taken flat across the garment, double them.
