EXPRESS RETURNS  🏃🏽‍♀️

1. Enter your email. 

2. Print shipping label. 

3. Get instant store credit and start shopping right away. 

 

STANDARD RETURNS 🚶🏽‍♀️

1. Print Return Sheet 

2. Go to the post office. Mail item back to us. 

3. Wait 2-3 weeks for item to be received and processed to obtain refund back to your original form of payment. 

 

OUR POLICIES

Rebdolls stands behind all of our products. If, for whatever reason, you need to return an item, you have 28 days from the shipment arrival date. 

Please note that we do not offer any exchanges.  You can return unwanted items for Instant Credit and make a secondary purchase for the desired item/size. If you will like to receive a refund on your order please use our standard return option. Please keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Discounts on original orders are not subject to be transferred to the new order. Store credit never expires, and can be used under any active promotional code, at any time. 

*Returns processed through Returnly will be issued a gift card. Returns processed through our standard returns system will be issued a refund to the original payment method.

**Customer also assumes cost for return shipping.

***Returns past the 30-day returns period are subject to a partial refund/store credit.

****Bulk order returns over $400 are subject to a re-stocking fee of 30%.

All items should remain in the condition received to receive a credit.  Please leave all tags attached to all garments to ensure your credit.

Please DO NOT get makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain on your new clothes when trying them on. Any item returned with stains we will be subject to a 20% cleaning fee. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the store credit
 
Final Sale Clearance Items can not be returned or refunded
Rebdolls reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee on final sale items.  

Damaged Items

We work hard to insure that all of our items are perfect for our customers. If by any chance you have received an item with any sort of damage or misprint, please email is to customerservice@rebdolls.com 

After 21 days, Rebdolls no longer assumes the responsibility of any damages on merchandise.  If you choose to return the item for a store credit, please notify immediately for a credit approval.
