Rebdolls stands behind all of our products. If, for whatever reason, you need to return an item, you have 28 days from the shipment arrival date. Please see note below about return pre-approval for damaged items.
*Please note that we do not offer any exchanges, only returns. You can return unwanted items for a refund and make a secondary purchase for the desired item/size. Discounts on original orders may not subject to be transferred to the new order.
-Any swimsuit bottoms or one piece swimsuits that are returned "must" have the sanitary label strip still adhered to the garment in order to receive a refund.
-Septum rings must be in the package - sealed and unopened in order to receive a refund.
-All items should remain in the condition received to receive a refund. Please leave all tags attached to all garments to ensure your refund.
Final Sale Clearance Items can not be returned or refunded
-Clearance - Final Sale items are NOT returnable or subject to refunds or store credit as noted on the product page. Our No exchange policy is still applicable here as well.
- Returning a final sale item does not mean the item will be refunded. Final sale merchandise will be mailed back to you and the cost to ship deducted from the refund of any items returned that are not final sale.
If you would like to make a return on your Rebdolls order, ship your items back with original receipt and Return Form back to Rebdolls. (Please click the link in the words "Return Form" to access the actual form).

Please allow up to 10-14 business days after your return package reaches us for Rebdolls to issue a refund to your original form of payment for any returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable. You may want to send back your returns with a delivery tracking number to ensure your refund.
If there is an error with your order Rebdolls assumes the cost for shipping the replacement item. This will be provided by prepaid return postage via USPS, once you notify our customer service team about the error. If the error is not on our part, the customer assumes the responsibility of the cost to return the item. Please email email@example.com for any order errors or damages.
We work hard to assure that all of our items are perfect for our customers. If by any chance you have received an item with any sort of damage or misprint, please contact us immediately using contact form located here. After 21 days, Rebdolls no longer assumes the responsibility of any damages on merchandise. If you choose to return the item for a refund, you need to notify us as soon as possible before sending the item back to pre-approve and ensure you will get a refund and that the item will not be returned to you.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
